Què passa amb les dones a l’Afganistan?

Coordinated and directed by Carmen Domingo

Especially after the arrival of the Taliban regime, in force since 2021, Afghanistan is living in the midst of a growing humanitarian crisis. The Afghan population suffers constant and extreme human rights violations that affect, above all, women. Increasingly, the Taliban have been imposing restrictions on women and girls with the intention of making them disappear completely from public life: not only can they no longer study beyond school, but they can also not appear alone in public, nor attend or participate in sports competitions, nor visit public parks, nor work outside the home. The last limitation even prevents them from speaking in public.

At TNC we want to give a voice to those women who are not allowed to express themselves and talk about their rights.
