TNC WEEKEND PRO

TNC WEEKEND PRO

The TNC organizes the second edition of the TNC Weekend Pro.

On Friday 13 and Saturday 14 December, the TNC will bring together around thirty international programmers with the aim of making the TNC's productions of the present and the future known.

In accordance with the TNC's internationalisation project, the Theatre is holding its international programmers' meeting again with the aim of positioning itself as a reference centre for artistic creation and the exhibition of shows in southern Europe. A clear and determined way of making the TNC a gateway to the world: showing the TNC's productions in Europe and placing the Theatre in the current circuit of exchanges and commercial relations.

The meeting will consist of two days in which Catalan creators, from this season and the next, will explain their projects through presentations in English and with audiovisual supports. At the same time, the invited programmers will have the opportunity to attend the three shows on the TNC schedule (with English subtitles): Anna Karenina, by Leo Tolstoy with an adaptation by Anna Maria Ricart Codina (based on the translation by Andreu Nin) and directed by Carme Portaceli; Gola, a creation by Pau Matas Nogué and Oriol Pla Solina; and Macarron Power, a work by El TNC Petit with choreography and direction by Sol Picó.
